Executive Director

Our Executive Director leads Roadway with a clear vision for empowering communities and ensuring that every individual has access to the resources they need. They oversee all operations, ensuring our programs are impactful, efficient, and aligned with our mission.

Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for developing and managing our services, from housing stabilization to mental health support. They ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of care and effectively serve the diverse needs of our communities.

Our Specialists

Housing Services Coordinators

Our Housing Services Coordinators work closely with individuals and families to find and maintain stable housing. They provide personalized guidance and connect people with resources that promote long-term stability and independence.

Mental Health Specialists

Our Mental Health Specialists provide compassionate support through programs like Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). They help individuals build skills, manage challenges, and regain confidence in their daily lives. 

Outreach Specialists

Our Outreach Specialists are on the front lines of our Street Outreach program, connecting with individuals experiencing homelessness. They offer immediate resources, support, and guidance to help people transition into stable living situations.

Administrative Team

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager ensures the seamless day-to-day functioning of Roadway. They handle logistics, resource coordination, and operational support, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional services. 

Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for sharing Roadway’s story, promoting our programs, and keeping our community informed. From managing outreach campaigns to highlighting success stories, they ensure our message reaches those who need it most. 

Intake and Support Staff

Our Intake and Support Staff are often the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking help. They guide people through the intake process, answer questions, and connect them with the right services.
